The Big East is Battle-Tested

I can’t remember the last time I saw a game go into 6 overtimes. The buzzer beater at the end of regulation was a buzz-kill but The ‘Cuse pulled out the victory.  I hope you didn’t miss this one.   With both UConn and Pitt out of the Big East tourney, the door is open for Louisville to guarantee them a #1 seed!  More to come tomorrow!

A freakin horrible outcome, to a painful game. So disappointed. Uconn is lucky to be a 2 seed and lucky to get to the 16.

I am freakin tired after staying up to watch the Huskies lose after 6 OTs.

    Painful!!

  3. UCON as a 1 seed? You have to be kidding

10 years later, and you’re still grinding that axe, Wilk?! You need some new material. Now if memory serves, you’re a Duke fan? Or is it UNC? No matter–neither team plays enough defense to pack for Detroit.

  5. Im sorry, what was that about not packing bags for Detroit?

  6. John Williams says:

    Ummmmm, crow. Tasty.

Hopefully, we can meet in the Final for bragging rights.

  7. Damn, I was hoping to have a little BLOG fodder grudge match before a UNC UCONN final.. looks like that ain’t gonna happen. Just hoping the MSU story finishes with the Spartans as the runner up.
